You will be working with customers, employers and colleagues through a combination of digital, telephone and face to face contacts on a daily basis.

  • Offering quality advice to customers about job search actions, supporting them to job search effectively in a largely digital world.

  • Building positive relationships with customers that encourages, motivates and builds trust.

  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of local employment opportunities, recognising the roles that our Partners and Employers have in helping our customers secure employment.

Outplacement Consultants (Remote/WFH and MIP when possible)

Outplacement Consultants (Remote/WFH and MIP when possible)

Deliver one to one consultation to support professional candidates going through the redeployment and outplacement process, including offering advice on CVs, interview techniques and personal branding. An understanding of the complexities and challenges faced by older workers in pathways to new careers or work portfolios.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills

  • A history of successful recruitment delivery

  • Knowledge of recruitment market dynamics

  • Experience of translating resourcing strategies into workable plans

Freelance Recruitment Business Partners (Remote/WFH and MIP when possible)

A mix of hands-on recruitment delivery, from taking briefs, sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, to strategic partnering with key stakeholders, helping them to shape their teams through advice on the labour market. The RBP will be responsible for recruiting into multiple clients and developing their own portfolio.

  • Manage the end-to-end process for all permanent, temporary and fixed term hiring

  • Candidates sourcing, screening and offer management

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Building talent pools for future needs and building a network of assigned business areas

HR, Organisational Development & Diversity Consultants (Flexible)

Collaborate with OD&D executive to improve overall organisation performance and effectiveness, contributing to key objectives within organisations on People Strategy as required and proactively contribute to the development and delivery of engagement and EDI initiatives. Covering all areas and challenges these roles will also have a focus on workplace diversity as it pertains to multigenerational composition, work-life longevity and age discrimination.

  • CIPD (minimum level 5) qualified

  • Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Qualified or equivalent experience.

  • Experience of working within an OD/EDI setting

  • Understanding of the challenges faced by older candidates

 

 

 

 


We are looking for mature/experienced applicants for ongoing roles as back-2-work coaches. Coaching is specifically focussed on the challenges faced by mature/over 50s jobseekers in identifying and securing either employment or self-employment opportunities. You will be working from excellent source and advisory material and providing hourly sessions to multiple participants in the program. Full training and course material will be provided and all work will be carried out remotely/Zoom etc for recipients across the UK. Candidates with previous guidance/training experience would be ideal but we are looking for motivated people with strong client facing capabilities. You must have the ability to manage your own timetable, have secure high speed internet connection and availability to deliver around 20 hours per week of your time.

  • Preferably mature candidates who understand the challenges

  • Effective communicator, empathetic and supportive.

  • Reliable and flexible

  • At least 15-20 years of work experience
