At No Desire to Retire we promote the benefit of older workers to transform both public and private sector organisations through advice and advocacy. We have worked with over 300 companies to introduce them to this talent pool.
We are often asked to contribute to articles, speak at conferences or on radio to promote the benefits to business, to individuals and to society of including an increased number of mature workers as part of a multi-generational workplace.
We also work with various think tanks and charities to provide case studies to support research documents.
